Marketing · Research · AI-driven growth
Eli Schafer
I’m a marketer and researcher with over a year of marketing internships behind me, two years leading a team in England before that, and products of my own that I built and marketed. I turn research into plans a small team can actually run.

Right now
Marketing intern at the Polynesian Cultural Center
I’m in my second internship term there. The first was about how the marketing team works; this one is about how its website performs.
How I work
Three things I try to do on every project.
Start with the evidence
Audit what exists, benchmark against someone credible, and let the data set the order of the work.
Make it runnable
A plan that fits on a page, a checklist the team can follow, a number they can track. If it can’t be run, it isn’t finished.
Build it, then measure it
I make the thing myself where I can, an app, a site, a phone agent, and I report what moved, including what didn’t.
